Another competitive edge is my having title and escrow experience in closing real estate transactions across the nation. My affiliations with numerous real estate organizations such as the Long Beach Commercial Real Estate Council and Long Beach Escrow Association; Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives has enhanced my understanding and awareness of our real estate marketplace. About Me

I am a long time resident of Long Beach and have graduated from California State University at Long Beach, Bachelors of Science (1967) and am an avid supporter of the Alumni Association. Extra curricular activities include participation in the Long Beach Resource Center and a supporter of the Long Beach Pops Orchestra Organization. I also enjoy spending quality time on the golf course with friends and clients. My family and I enjoy international and domestic travel going to exotic destinations (Africa, Costa Rica, Central and South America, Tahiti, the Middle East, and the Caribbean.) I have a love of the magical arts and am a member of the world-renowned Magic Castle in Hollywood.
