About our Certification Process
North American Title Group, LLC and certain of its affiliates (North American Title) have received a Certificate of Compliance from Aprio (formerly HA&W)* through its ComplianceSuccess® program. The certificate attests that HA&W has examined North American Title’s title insurance and settlement practices and concluded, in its opinion, they comply in all material respects with the American Land Title Association® (ALTA) Best Practices framework.
At North American Title, we know staying compliant with ALTA® Best Practices is not a one-time event. We are dedicated at every level of the company to staying abreast of regulatory changes and following Best Practices on an everyday basis for the benefit of all of our customer segments.
