My Customer Commitment

I have been in the field of sales & marketing for more than 15 years. Having spent several of those years as a Realtor® with a local real estate company, I understand the business needs of Realtors®; and their clients. I know how important exceptional service and communication are and strive to ensure that each transaction is handled with the care it deserves. My office would not be the success it is today without the great team we have. My branch manager, Shelly Hooper, has over 18 years experience in the title business. She and I are dedicated to do what it takes to make your clients’ closings happen “Like Clockwork” and be a seamless experience for them. My goal is to have our service reflect your professionalism and result in repeat business for you. I am passionate about the real estate profession and enjoy volunteering my time to that end. I have held the office of Parliamentarian and Vice President of Membership for the Dallas Metro East Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors; Appointee on the Board of Directors for 3 years, TREPAC Committee Chairman for 2 years and Special Events Chairman with Lake Cities Association of REALTORS®. I am also a graduate of the MetroTex Association of Realtors Leadership Program and served on the Leadership Committee for 3 years holding the position of ROC and Recruiting and Nominating Chair. I’m a graduate of the University of Texas in Arlington, and have a degree in Business and Communication.

About Me

I’m a fourth generation native “Dallasite”. I’ve been married to Charles Osborn since 1996 and we are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters, Abigail and Kirsten. I’m an avid reader and love to spend my down time absorbed in a book; although I can hold my own in some Wii Bowling (just ask Abigail who is the Master)! Family is a very important part of my life and I can often be found attending some athletic event, performance or other activity of my many nieces, nephews or the girls. I enjoy my time spent volunteering as a Sunday School teacher at Firewheel Bible Fellowship Elementary program. Charles and I also enjoy traveling and have had some great trips. Most recently to Germany but we have also been to the Dominican Republic, St. Lucia, Cabo San Lucas and on several cruises. Something you might not know about me is I held five jobs at once while working my way through college! Still a multi-tasker, I’m happiest when I’m on the go!
