My Customer Commitment

Providing the highest level of service consists of many different things. First, I believe you must have a passion for whatever it is you’re doing. Some people show up to work for one reason: just to collect a paycheck. Everyone shares this same characteristic. However, there is an elite group of professionals who have a passion for their career, and they are able to refer to their daily efforts as “artwork” rather than just “work”. I show up everyday to paint a masterpiece. If you look up the definition of professional, you will find it has a lot to do with being an expert. An expert has special skills and knowledge, and is proficient and experienced in their particular field. My experiences in the title industry have made me an expert in areas that are tailor-made to support the success of Realtors and mortgage professionals. I began my career working in the title plant, which has given me a unique understanding of this business when compared to other sales professionals. My next step in the industry would prove to be the strongest area of expertise needed by a sales representative, which is customer service. Having the opportunity to work in the customer service department for 23 counties in Northern California has made me an expert in farming (target marketing), in addition to being a property information specialist. I challenge you to challenge me.

About Me

You will find that the level of passion for my career is of equal value for the time spent doing things in my personal life. I was raised with my two sisters in Vacaville, California, where we attended grade, middle and high school in this moderately sized city of one hundred thousand residents. My first passion was fishing. I started fishing before I learned how to tie my shoes! I also developed a passion for playing music and playing basketball. I played basketball for the local high school and began playing music when I was gifted a bass guitar at thirteen years old. As an adult, my interests have not veered much. I am the head coach for the St. Catherine boy’s basketball team in Burlingame, and still love to play pick-up games from time to time. I continue to play the bass guitar, in addition to the acoustic guitar and the piano. My faith in God is much stronger than it was growing up, as you will find me in church every weekend. I am blessed with a wonderful family that I keep in touch with on a daily basis, and I couldn’t imagine a world without them!
