North American’s management model is simple and consistent. We start with managers who are proven and experienced veterans of the industry and, in most cases, are promoted from within our Company. These seasoned managers are aligned with shareholders by a compensation program tied to bottom line profitability. We operate under a system of broad local autonomy harnessed by a simple and consistent group of corporate operating controls.
We constantly review the performance of operations through a Review-Do-Review system of planning, budgeting and monthly measurement. Expectations are set and performance is reviewed.
The North American culture is constantly fostering teamwork and team achievement. Whether newly purchased operations are being incorporated, or we are refreshing our long-standing management team, we use company culture and leadership development programs to maintain consistent processes.
