Carol A. Burgin has been a member of the Lennar Family since 1974, where she began handling all incoming funding from closings, escrow accounts and various cash reports. In 1990, she was offered the position of Director of Human Resources for Lennar Corporation, responsible for all associates in the Corporate Office, Financial Services and Homebuilding. In 2002, Ms. Burgin transferred to the Financial Services Group of Lennar Corporation as Vice President of Human Resources for North American Title Group's Eastern Region and Lennar Financial Services. In 2008, Ms Burgin was promoted to Director of Human Resources overseeing all of North American Title Group's operations from coast-to-coast.
Ms. Burgin is a member of the National Society of Human Resource Managers, as well as the Greater Miami Society of Human Resource Managers. She attended college in Rochester, Michigan. |
