W. Alex Kidd began his career in 1985 as a Property Control Officer for the Department of Defense, while serving in the U.S. Army. In 1988, he accepted a position with Washington Mutual as Senior Operational Analyst responsible for the performance of operational and financial audits in the areas of quality control. Following his 10-year tenure with Washington Mutual, Mr. Kidd served as Senior Analyst for Sunbeam primarily identifying and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiencies of internal controls.
In 1999, Mr. Kidd accepted the position of Director of Quality Assurance and Compliance for North American Title Group. His responsibilities include performing and supervising financial and operational reviews, compliance programs and examinations, and regulatory requirements, to name a few.
Mr. Kidd is a CPA and a Certified Internal Auditor. He is also an enrolled agent for the Internal Revenue Service.
Mr. Kidd holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Miami. |
