My Customer Commitment

There’s no title company I would rather work for than North American Title Company. This is how proud I am of this organization. I am fortunate to be in a position to have a wonderful staff in Long Beach to assist me whenever a customer calls for assistance or whenever an issue arrives. We work together in a circle of harmony. We have the best title officers, farm department, and customer service. They are the basis of my success in assisting my customers in fulfilling their goals. My focus as a liaison is to bring about a good experience and enduring working relationship between North American Title Company and my customers. I endeavor to bring opportunity, moral support, and a hands-on approach to my customers. I like my job and I treat my customers’ business as my own. I think of myself as their enthusiastic partner. Like Clockwork is our motto, and we work diligently, cohesively, and vigilantly to facilitate the closing of your real estate transactions. That is our utmost objective. Just give us a try.

About Me

I was born in China. As a child, I spoke Vietnamese, and studied Chinese, French, Cambodian, and Portuguese. We settled first in Hong Kong, then Cambodia, Macau, and finally came to the United States when I was 13. Then English became my primary language. As a young person I was extremely shy and lacked confidence, but the yearning to be brave propelled me to a novel world of performing arts. As they say, “In order to get something you never had, you have to do something you’ve never done.” I learned to sing, dance, and act. It was a great training ground for me. I have grown into a more assertive and stronger person. I am often told that I am hardworking and persistent. This, I believe, is the attribute of my 10 years of struggle as an artist. I have to say, I have taken ‘the road less traveled’.
