I understand the importance of providing an exceptional level of service to your clients in every escrow and how critical it is to your future successes and mine. At North American Title Company, our ability to consistently earn your business and to become a member of your team is directly proportionate to the level of service and customer care demonstrated to you and your clients throughout the entire escrow process. As a member of your team, communication will be key, whether dealing with good news or difficulties. The good news is fun and easy, however, difficulties can occur in any transaction. About Me

I began my career in the title industry in 1985. I started as a messenger. I recorded documents down at the County Recorder’s office. I learned to abstract ‘chains of title’ and to read ‘metes and bounds’ legal descriptions. I was promoted to a ‘title searcher’ and processed title searches for several years until I graduated from college. I moved to a new start up company and was made ‘title officer’. I ran a title desk for several years. I learned the bulk of my title training figuring out ways to close escrows. I eventually made the jump to sales in 1998. My title background has enabled me to give exceptional service to customers. I graduated from United States International University (USIU) in 1991 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. I am an Eagle Scout. I have a California Real Estate Brokers License. I am a Notary Public for the State of California. I have a California Department of Insurance Title Marketing Representative Certificate. I live in 4S Ranch with my wife Tracey of 14 years. We are raising our 3 wonderful kids, Taylor, Madison, and Cooper. I am constantly coaching soccer, softball, or baseball. I am a member of the 4S Ranch Little League Board of Directors. I am a member of the local San Diego County Advisory Council for Parks and Recreation. I volunteer with California Parks Department through the MBAU (Mountain Bike Assist Unit) at Cuyamaca State Park. I am an avid road and mountain cyclist. I also enjoy playing adult slow pitch softball with a couple of teams.
