North American Title Safety and Self Defense Seminar for Real Estate Professionals

North American Title Company is proud to present our Safety and Self-Defense Seminar in conjunction with NAR’s Safety Week. This is an exciting opportunity for Real Estate Agents and Brokers to educate themselves on how to take preventative measures to ensure their safety, along with basic self-defense techniques to help them escape a predator should they find themselves in a dangerous situation.

We have lined up two incredible presenters for our seminar:

David Racine, Chief Director for the National Crime Prevention Program

David will be giving the presentation “How NOT to be a Victim of a Crime”. This addresses several issues that Real Estate Professionals encounter everyday in their careers. Topics such as car safety, cell phone safety, abduction prevention, and parking lot safety are just a few of the concerns included in this seminar. David is one of the nation’s leading experts on crime prevention. His seminar, created specifically for the real estate professional, has been presented to such groups as the Space Coast Association of Realtors and Coldwell Banker in Jacksonville, FL.

Michael Tippett, certified self-defense instructor and owner of Arrowhead Tae Kwon Do

Michael has given numerous seminars on self-defense, working closely with local law enforcement agencies. You will be learning 10-12 basic self-defense techniques. The goal is to learn techniques that will give you an opportunity to escape an attacker.

We will be offering this seminar at 3 different dates and locations:

• September 14 - Monterra at Westworld (North Valley)
• September 16 – Holiday Inn at Country Club and US 60 (Southeast Valley)
• September 17 - Glendale Civic Center (West Valley)

Cost: $35 (only $25 if registration received by September 13!)

Price includes 1 raffle ticket for prize drawings as well as an item for your personal safety!
