Florida Division
In 1984, North American Title's Florida Division was born when a hand written budget was approved. Two ladies set out to make that piece of graph paper a reality. Four trusted friends joined them. There was a lot of hard work ahead, but that never daunted these ladies. Being a small group, everybody learned how to do everything and everyone covered for everyone else. They worked in unison addressing and fulfilling the customers’ needs.
Over time, this one small office grew into 15 offices and more than 100 associates in Florida. However, certain basic principals remain. We work as a family. We respect one another because we care for one another. Every associate is empowered to do what they do best and we all know how to cover for one another. We value our customers and our associates. Our opinions are heard. Hard work doesn’t daunt our spirits and when we accomplish the impossible, we celebrate together.
After all, we are the North American Title family.

Message from the President
 At North American Title, you are our main concern. Since we opened our doors in 1984, our focus has been customer service. Every time we establish a new location, it has been to serve the needs of our customers.
Every one of our 15 offices in Florida is staffed and organized to perform real estate closings “like clockwork,” which is our company motto. We have attorneys to answer any title questions of interest to you, as well as licensed and courteous associates who want to hear from you whenever we can be of assistance.
As president, my door is always open, my phone is always on, I will answer your e-mail and I welcome your comments.
