New Home Communities

North American Title Company is owned by Lennar Corporation, the largest homebuilder in the United States. We are proud to be a member of the Lennar family and strive to follow Lennar’s “zero defects” philosophy in all our escrow and title services. New homebuilders are our division’s primary focus; our goal is to ensure that the home buyer has a positive home purchase experience.

The New Home Communities Division is available to provide our clients with information and processing on standard or common interest subdivisions.

North American Title Company is one of the most respected and highly qualified in the industry. The division can handle every phase of land development from the moment the land is acquired, to closing the escrow with the new homeowner. Our experts can guide the developer through the legal requirements and regulations, helping to avoid costly, unexpected delays.

North American Title Company’s New Home Communities Division actively participates in the building industry. As members of Home Builders Association, Builders Industry Association, and the Residential Builders Association of San Francisco, New Home Communities is a proven leader in the industry.

Past and Future Projects

Our expert staff has been specifically selected for their high level of knowledge and expertise in the field of New Home Communities. A few of our most-prestigious projects include Mare Island, Mountain House, Rivermark, Siena at Tuscany and Windermere.

DRE Processing Division

The department is staffed with two Department of Real Estate processors who work directly with the Department of Real Estate. They share over forty-six (46) years’ experience. Currently they file subdivision applications for 18 counties in which North American Title Company has offices.
