VP of Corporate Development
North American Title Group is seeking a dynamic and proven national business development professional within their Corporate Development Division. Under executive direction, works with the Title Group to identify market segments with the potential for revenue growth and assists in the preparation and successful implementation of sales strategies directed to those potential customers. Current focus is on expanding the company's REO footprint by delivering customized service solutions to clients with specialized title and/or closing needs within our brick-and-mortar states (Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Maryland/DC/Virginia, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey/Pennsylvania and Texas). Responsible for monitoring potential opportunities, including government and contract work, across the North American Title network and coordinating processess within North American. Oversees centralized client coordination processes. May supervise 1 or more associates.

Skills:
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a national business development role within the title and escrow, mortgage, financial services, real estate or related service industry. Track record of building national relationships with volume clients. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with very good public speaking and networking skills. Experience in the preparation of contract proposals within the title and closing industry preferred. General business computing proficiencies. Bachelors degree in Business or Management preferred. Requires valid CA drivers license in good standing. May require State of California Department of Insurance Certificate of Registration as a Title Marketing Representative; presently registered or may register with CA-DOI upon hire, subject to CA-DOI registration restrictions and requirements.
