History
 Norman Moize established Southwest Land Title Company in 1965 to meet a growing demand for title insurance in the Texas real estate industry. He worked for decades with his sons– Bill & Scott– to strengthen the company as a premier title agency. Upon retiring in 1992, Norman entrusted this legacy to the brothers. Bill currently serves as the Texas Regional President while Scott serves as the Division President for both the Dallas and Ft. Worth Divisions. Southwest Land Title Company eventually joined North American Title Company, allowing the ability to offer an even greater wealth of services to the DFW region.
