North American Title Benefits

We’re delighted that you’re considering becoming a North American Title Company (NATC) associate. NATC values the hard work of its associates, and we believe in giving our associates and their families the tools they need to enhance their lives. We're proud to provide a comprehensive and competitive benefits program, designed to help you focus on the things that matter most.

The following information highlights some of the main benefits offered to associates. Once you receive your enrollment package, you will have more details about specific plans.

Paid time off
At NATC, full-time regular associates begin to accrue vacation time from the first day of employment and vacation time accrues each pay period throughout the year. Full-time regular associates are also allotted personal days and paid sick leave. NATG publishes a Paid Holiday Schedule each year that includes New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday) and Christmas.

401(k) Plan
All NATC associates who have reached the minimum age requirement (18) are eligible to enroll in the 401(k) plan, administered by Prudential. NATC provides company match on pre-tax contributions and offers an array of investment and contribution options from which to choose.

NATC offers various medical plan options for you and your family. The costs of the plans are shared by the company.

NATC offers a dental plan with in-network and out-of-network coverage. While the plan does not require the use of a network provider, you receive a higher level of benefits if you seek care from contracted dental providers. The costs of the plans are shared by the company.

NATC provides all benefit-eligible associates with Basic Life Insurance at one times their annual salary. The cost for this program is based on your salary and is entirely paid for by the company. Associates also have the options of enrolling in additional life insurance for themselves, spouses or children.

Additional Benefits
Once on board, an associate has access to an employee manual, detailing additional company benefits, including bereavement leave and jury duty, as well as access to leave for military duty, family care and medical issues.
