North American Title Co. adds Hofer as title officer, covering San Francisco and the state of Nevada

PLEASANTON, CALIF. – June 6, 2017 – Title industry veteran Richard Hofer has joined North American Title Co. as a title officer, covering San Francisco and the state of Nevada.

“Richard is very customer-service oriented and understands the urgency of our customers’ needs,” said David Simmons, California/Nevada state title manager, North American Title Co. “He’s conscientious and truly a team player, always has a positive attitude and is eager to solve title challenges, doing all he can to close transactions.”

Hofer began his title career in 1979 as a courier, delivering documents in the day when fax machines were high-end technology and the internet was not yet invented. Through the years, he has worked in customer service, order entry, title searching and examining, recording, and as a residential title officer. Hofer’s experience also includes assisting commercial brokers and working on national accounts.
